Heavy traffic after exit slip from Havant Bypass is closed

This is on the A27 eastbound and according to Hampshire County Council's traffic service, there were delays from there to Emsworth, and on the M27 Eastbound from Fareham to Portsmouth.

A broken down lorry was the cause of the exit slip closure.
