Have your say

A STREET collection has raised more than £600 for charity.

A permit for the collection to go ahead was granted to David Henry Smith on Hayling Island.

It took place on Friday, May 19.

A total of £633.19 was paid to Christian Aid, a UK charity that works in over 60 countries helping people, regardless of religion or race.

There were no other costs for expenses, all profits from the collection went straight to the charity.
