Broken down train causing delays between Portsmouth and London Waterloo

A broken down train is causing disruption to services to and from London Waterloo this morning.Â

Commuters travelling from Portsmouth to the capital may face delays this morning. 

South Western Railway are warning that disruption is expect to last until 11am today (September 12).

In a statement on its website the rail service: '˜Our engineers liaised with the train crew to get the service moving as soon as possible, however as some lines in / out of London Waterloo were temporarily blocked some congestion has built up.
