A stage school in Portsmouth is celebrating its 20th year with performances this weekend.

Students at Showstoppers Stage School in London Road are performing Aspects of Love at the Festival Theatre at Petersfield on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm and Sunday at 2pm.

This year’s show links to Valentine’s weekend and includes a repertoire of dance, drama, love songs and acrobatics, performed by the highly talented students of the school.

Caroline Casey, principal at Showstoppers said: ‘I cannot believe it’s been 20 years since we first started out.

‘So many young people have come through the school from tots to teens and they still come and visit and watch the annual show years after leaving.

‘Such is the family spirit we are so very proud of here.’

There are still some tickets available for Saturday’s matinee and the evening show, however, Sunday is almost sold out.

Tickets cost £12.50 and are available from Emma Hart on 07833 222150.
