DRINK-DRIVER Ben Robinson has been banned from the roads.

The 35-year-old, of Nursling Crescent, Havant, was caught on April 3 in the same road.

A test revealed he had 59mcg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg legal limit.

He must pay a £350 fine, a £35 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Portsmouth magistrates banned him from driving for 15 months.

He was fined £116 after admitting resisting a PC in the execution of his duty on the same day.
