A TRIO of so-called musical 'reminiscence sessions' will take place at libraries for a city history project.
Residents are invited to take along memorabilia, tickets, records and programmes for the free workshops next week.
Being held at two libraries in Portsmouth, the sessions are part of the City of Stories project, funded by Arts Council England, and will provide an opportunity to share memories about every decade of music from the 1950s to the 2000s.
Revellers will also have the chance to have their memories recorded for the city libraries’ archive – but this is not compulsory.
The first session is at North End Library on September 19, from 2pm until 4pm.
The following two will be held at Central Library, on September 20 from 2pm until 4pm, and September 22 from 12.30pm until 2.30pm.
