Impressive City of Portsmouth athlete Serena Vincent continued her rewriting of the history books.

The shot put star went up to a new level with a sensational performance to win the under-17 indoor national championships.

She broke the all-time British record no less than three times.

Her final effort was a massive new personal best of 16.59m.

This makes her the biggest thrower of all-time both indoors and outdoors at under-17 level in the UK.
