Whiteley parkrun held their 77th event on Saturday with Jordan Winbourne leading the way in 18min 25sec.
The volunteers ensured everyone had a great morning 5k.
Highlands Road doctors surgery helped to make it a memorable occasion. They are becoming a parkrun practice and will be introducing patients to parkrun to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Angelique Smit finished first lady on Saturday. She recorded a time of 21.42.
Whiteley had 211 finishers for their 77th event.
James Hughes finished first in the 133rd Fareham parkrun.
In total 197 people completed the excellent 5k event at Cams Hall Estate.
Annkathrin Sharp was the first female finisher (23.30).
Lorraine Masson did her 50th parkrun.
Callum Crook was on good form at Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun as he got a new personal best with a time of 16.28.
The City of Portsmouth runner has been in excellent form recently with some really good results.
A strong run from Paula Williams, of Fareham Crusaders, saw her finish first lady with 21.10.
Emma Irwin was second lady with a new personal best of 21.41.
Junior runners Emily Lee, who represents City of Portsmouth, and Jorja Greenslade both got new course personal bests of 23.09 and 23.21 respectively.
Gosport’s Caroline Oakes ran her 50th parkrun. Nicola Benson also joined the 50 club.
In total 388 people completed the 5k at Lee.
Gary Armstrong finished in first place at Portsmouth Lakeside parkrun with a time of 18.20.
Second was Luke Brocks who ran a new personal best time of 18.27.
Jo Payze was the first female finisher with a time of 21.28.
Second was Andrea Kerage with a new personal best of 23.15.
It was event number 126 and 277 people completed the parkrun course around the lake at Lakeside North Harbour.
Richard Dickin, Julia Painter and Christine Mogg all joined the 50 milestone club.
Kiernan Easton continued his excellent form after his good recent training and last weekend’s impressive Serpentine swim in London followed by the Solent Half Marathon. The Portsmouth Joggers club member ran strongly to set a new course personal best of 23.07.
Mark Grandy also had a good run as he finished in 20.38 which was his quickest for the nice scenic course.
Baffins Fitclub duo Lisa Duke and Warren Barker both got their fastest times at Lakeside with 28.05 and 21.32 respectively.
