The Portsmouth Joggers team were led home by Ben Stait at the Gosport Half Marathon.
It’s been a great start to the Hampshire Road Race League for the club.
Their strong form continued with Stait their highest-placed finisher in a time of 1.23.48 for 72nd place.
Richard Bailey followed next with 1.25.49 to finish 94th overall and Tony Conway won the male 55-59 age category with a time of 1.27.34.
Martin Bacon completed the men’s A team as he crossed the line in 1.30.42.
The men’s B team featured Joe Addyman, who ran 1.31.45, Steve Wooldridge, in a time of 1.32.12, Dave Williams, with 1.32.54, and Chris Gambs who finished in 1.33.44.
The ladies A team comprised of Naouele McHugh, who finished in 1.36.06, Catherine Metcalf, with 1.38.29 and Rebecca Brackwell-Slade, who finished in 1.42.22.
Emma Brewin led the B team with a time of 1.43.21, with Teresa Baverstock next in 1.45.53, while Tina Law, who crossed the line in 1.47.53, completed the team.
Denmead Striders were led by Julian Manning who recorded a time of 1.15.45 for 15th-place overall.
Jon Sullivan finished in 1.18.56, Patrick Stephenson clocked 1.21.07, and Gary Armstrong completed the A team in 1.24.16.
Victory men’s team were led home by Paul Mitchinson who completed the race in 1.20.21.
David Howard finished with a time of 1.22.20, with Dan Bailey next in 1.22.48 and Harnish Patel their fourth finisher in 1.24.55.
Fareham Crusaders A team was made up of Peter Abrahams, with a time of 1.24.37, Ian Humble, 1.25.04, Jon Ellard, 1.25.12, and George Devine in 1.26.28.
