Ebonie Jones shines for Great Britain on Women's World Championships debut
Ebonie Jones showed no nerves as she came through on her AIBA Women's World Championships debut.
The 20-year-old, from Drayton, defeated Indonesia's Ainun Azizah in New Dehli today.
Talented Jones is the current under-22 European bantamweight champion, but is fighting at flyweight on her senior world championships bow.
Jones returns to the ring on Saturday when she faces Spain's Andrea Lasheras Llanos in another preliminary round bout.
