Floyd Moore returned to winning ways in scintillating fashion tonight.

Moore floored Bulgarian Kristian Dochev three times on the way to a sixth-round stoppage at a packed Mountbatten Centre.

The lightweight’s concussive power was evident as he blew away the usually durable Bulgarian in front of a packed crowd.

It was just the third time Dochev had been stopped in 33 contests as Moore put him down in the first, third and sixth rounds, before the towel came in.

That buried a run of three losses and kickstarted the Fareham favourite’s year in emphatic style.

Moore topped the bill of a card which showcased emerging local talent.

Lucas Ballingall got a winning super-featherweight debut, as he gave away weight but picked up a stylish four-round win over survivor Qasim Hussain.

It was a similar story for welterweight Michael McKinson who boxed on home soil for the first time and run every round against Dan Carr.

Biola Kudus got his second stoppage win in the paid ranks with a second-round win against the overmatched Aleksandrs Roldugins at cruiserweight.

Jimmy Cooper, Ryan Davies, Myley Lee, Thomas Kindon and Danny Goode all picked up wins on a busy card in front of a healthy following in the city.
