Chaz Barstow took the £300 top prize in Portsmouth Darts Series’ Farehamania – edging out Lee Horsefall 5-4 in the final.

Barstow had previously beaten Havant’s Danny Pinhorne 4-1 in the semi-finals after whitewashing Gosport’s Wayne France 4-0 in the last eight.

Horsefall won both his quarter and semi-finals 4-1, beating Mark Hiscock and Kestas Narauskas respectively.

Luke Getty, from Bishop’s Waltham, and Horndean’s Jason Crawley both reached the last eight.

Gosport’s Sue Thompson triumphed in the ladies’ contest, whitewashing Gosport’s Maxine Cadwallader 5-0 in the final.

Gosport’s Pennie Lewis and Mell Harby were the losing semi-finalists.

The youth crown went to Dan Rosher who beat Fareham’s Dan Barnes to take the title.

Gosport thrower Wayne Crossley beat Dan Read in the final to win the plate prize.

Pinhorne partnered Portsmouth’s Danny Smith to glory in the pairs contest, beating Colin Littlecott and John Hampton.
