Pinhorne continues strong form... Consolation is on a plate for Williams

Danny Pinhorne is dominating the opening stages of the series as he made it two wins from two in the Modus Darts Autumn Grand Prix.

Pinhorne fired in 11 and 14-dart legs, finishes of 132 and 110 and two 180s on his way to victory, sealing triumph with a 4-1 win over Paul Booker in the final.

Earlier in the tournament, Pinhorne beat Andy Jenkins 4-2 in the last eight before seeing off Ron Atwill 4-1.

Booker won his semi-final against Bob Crawley 4-3, having triumphed 4-0 against Wayne Crossley in the last eight.

Ryan Groves and Lee Smith reached the last eight.

The plate competition also had the same winner for a second week with Ricky Williams beating Justin Bradshaw 2-0 in the final.

Paul Gibbs threw a 13-dart leg, Crawley had a 14-darter and 120 finish and Sam Head notched two 15-dart efforts, 112 and 102 finishes and a pair of 180s.

Jenkins fired in four maximums, a duo of 15-darters, a 14-dart leg and 117 finish while Paul Booker also finished a leg in 15 darts.

Other big finishes came from Charlie Jackson (130), Wes Farminer (126), Justin Bradshaw (110), Atwill (108) and Blakey Fitzpatrick (102). Fitzpatrick also hit three maximums.
