Elites turn on the style as Solent are seen off

THE girls from Estee Lauder had an easy win this week in division four in the All About Netball League at Cams Hill School this week.

They were playing new team Solent Shooters.

Estee Elites led quickly from the start.

They kept putting the goals through the net, Jo Edwards was their star of the match as Hollie Cameron was to Solent 22-5.

Mixers also had a strong win against Delme Diamonds 28-11.

Naomi Cradddick was fast on the wing and helped her team to victory.

Portsmouth Pivotals are going from strength to strength and beat Cams Clutter convincingly 33-12.

Janine Robertson was on fire in the shooting circle.

Cams Cyclones, a back to netball team formed this year at Fareham Leisure Centre, were beaten by Skittles 24-6.

Skittles sitting pretty in second place ready promotion next season haven’t lost a game yet.

New shooter Sarah Morris, for Cyclones, is growing in confidence so look out for her next season.

In division three Vixens had a slow start and Fareham Lilacs were all over that.

But they finally pulled their socks up in the fourth quarter and took the win 30-15.

Oceans, playing better the second half of the season, beat Fareham Flyers 24-16.

Cams Squidgys beat Avengers 15-13.

But Natasha Nevett, defending for Avengers, did her best, using every opportunity to turn the ball back to her own goal end.

Allsorts lost to Cams Confusion with Amy Adams for Allsorts and Maria Ellis for Confusion both awarded players’ player.

In division two, Victor Stewart beat Knowle Hotshots 24-21.

Emily Bennett, playing wing defence for VS, had a great game and really helped turned the tide for her team.

Tornadoes beat Cookies 23-16, Kirsten Osgood used a great turn of speed into space to receive the ball, feeding in to her shooters who converted to goal.

Hughes and King have injected new players into the team who are now finding their feet and helping their team to victory – this time over Cams Commotion with a 22-12 win.

However, it was original member Suzy Gudgeon who impressed the other team with her skilful play as goal keeper and as ever her vocal support during the game.

Shooting Stars enjoyed a 21-5 win over Digits.

Robyn Mugridge took players’ player.

Cams Chaos beat Cams Hill School 30-10. Warriors saw off Netstars 26-16.

Swanmore narrowly took the win 13-12 against Wildcats and Westowen beat Bounties 35-7.
