England squad place for talented Caldwell

The 13-year-old skier, from Fareham, is a Portsmouth Grammar School pupil.

She is trained by Team Evolution when abroad and also attends Hemel Ski Race Club.

Caldwell’s goals for the season are to improve her International Ski Federation (FIS) points and to make the podium at either the English Alpine Championships or the British Alpine Ski Championships.

Snowsport England chief executive Tim Fawke said: ‘Anna has followed the talent pathway from her early years on dry slopes, and is well on track to achieve her potential.’
