Blow for Hawks as Hemel Hempstead clash to be played behind closed doors
The club had hoped their home meeting with Hemel Hempstead in the National League South would mark the return of fans to the ground with nationwide lockdown restrictions lifted.
However, Hawks have not received National League approval in time for supporters to be allowed back in the stadium for tonight's clash.

Following that news, Hawks staff worked tirelessly to ensure all criteria was met in order for them to receive approval from both the Hampshire County Council Safety Advisory Group and the National League for the safe return of supporters.
Despite being given the green light by the SAG yesterday, they are still awaiting permission from the league authorities which means the Hemel clash tonight must be played behind closed doors.
Hawks season-ticket holders are to be contacted this morning on how to stream the match via email.
