Bradbury: Poor defending led to Hawks' defeat at Leyton OrientÂ

However he felt his side shot themselves in the foot by conceding three poor goals in the first half.

Bradbury said: '˜We can't afford to give teams like Leyton Orient a leg up like we did.

'˜Their first two goals resulted from poor defending at set-pieces. Players have their jobs to do and players to mark and we just switched off. That isn't good enough.

'˜Once we went 2-0 down it allowed them to show what a good side they are. They are the best team we have played this season.

The O's remained in charge after the break adding a third goal from an excellent move.

But for a couple of good saves form Ben Dudzinski and some narrow misses the defeat could have been heavier.

Bradbury added: '˜For the third goal we were guilty of giving the ball away in a bad area. We can't get away with it as the level.

'˜I felt we improved and where a bit more competitive in the second half.

'˜Unlike last week I felt all the players tried hard and put the effort in.'
