Here's how members of the Fratton faithfuol reacted to the win on Twitter...

@PropPersonnel '“ I can't stop taking a sneaky little peek at the L1 table. Appreciate there is still a long, long way to go till the end of the season, but very reassuring to know that it took #Pompey until Boxing Day last season to amass 38 points!

@StevenHowes9 '“ Play up Pompey Pompey play up ! All of us now have to get together and play the 12th man and help Pompey through this season and not get carried away as still a long way to go - we all know football can be a funny game so let's give Pompey our solid support!

@Pompey_1976 '“ Great Pompey win '“  but so want us to get that second goal soon instead of hanging on #pup

@FrattonFaithful '“ My mouth is still gawping at that stoppage time miss by Akpan. If that goes in the mentality of all #Pompey fans changes completely. A difficult watch but that's now 23 points from 27 on the road.

@PragmaticFrog '“ No game is easy! We're in a great position, just keep grinding those results out, once we find our clinical edge we'll run away! #Pompey

@LawrencePFCHall '“ Awesome away win and awesome to see Ronan Curtis getting back amongst the assists, good feet for that assist #Pompey
