Buzsaky joins Tykes

Akos Buzsaky has joined Barnsley on loan.

The midfielder has agreed a move to the Tykes until the end of December – effectively cutting his ties with Pompey.

Buzsaky has not been in the Blues squad for their past two games and has now moved on after seven appearances.

The 30-year-old’s departure frees up a place in Guy Whittingham’s first-team squad heading into the close of the emergency loan window tomorrow at 5pm.

Oldham goalkeeper Alex Cisak is expected to arrive after Mikkel Andersen returned to Reading this week following the end of his 93-day emergency loan.

Meanwhile, Pompey development squad members Dan Thompson and George Colson have joined Blue Square Bet South side Dorchester on a month’s loan.

Thompson scored all four goals in a recent 4-0 friendly win for a Pompey XI over Gosport.
