In addition, total sales so far across all four lounges are close to double last year’s tally already as fans snap up corporate and executive deals.

It is more good news for the club, who have now sold in excess of 5,800 season tickets for the campaign ahead.

In terms of hospitality, the corporate level packages start from £33 per match for a season-long package, while the executive package is from £53.

Both include a pre-match meal as well as a match-day seat.

And extras such as being present for the Pompey man-of-the-match presentations, receiving programmes and the exclusive use of the lounge (depending on the package clients choose).

Catering has been brought in-house for the first time in many years and undergone a revamp to offer better quality.
