Exit of key academy figure a loss to Portsmouth

 

What a great loss to the academy things were starting to move in the right direction. 

Players, decent coaches and others will not be interested unless we are at least Category Two, and I can't see that happening.

I would have thought Dave would have given his job at Pompey more than a few months. Hes obviously well thought of in the game & he's young. Pompey are on an upward curve,with youth development at core of the business plan. Another chance would have come if it didn't work here
