Fans hit back at Olisadebe's criticism of Pompey and city
Pompey fans have hit back at former striker Emmanuel Olisadebe for his derogatory comments about the club and the city of Portsmouth.
And even former Blues hero Ricardo Rocha joined the chorus of disapproving voices eager to rubbish the former Polish international's remarks.
Olisadebe, who moved to Fratton Park from Greek outfit Panathinaikos in 2006, slammed Pompey as a 'small club' in a 'hideous city'.
The Nigerian-born front man, who made just two substitute appearances during his time on the south coast, also described joining the Blues as the worst mistake of his career.
His comments surprised many, not least because most fans had luckily forgotten about the former Polonia Warsaw player's brief and uninspiring stay that was cut short after four months.
Yet with their memories refreshed, probably with the help of Wikipedia, Pompey fans responded in their numbers.

Pompey and Panathaniakos were the only clubs he played for that I have heard of - silly little man.....
The feelings mutual I can assure you!
Enjoy those sour grapes...

Absolute nobody! Biggest mistake was signing him.
Yet Pompey get more than treble Panathinaikos average league gate despite being 3rd tier.
Who even is this player!? I don’t remember him so no big deal what he thinks about our club.
Coming from some who played like he had 2 left feet, ok mate!
Why did he leave his big club for less money? Because the big club didn't want him. Neither did we, he was useless.
He was right about the no training facilities back then, though.
Who are yer!
His opinion is really important too.
Must have been terrible for you on probably 40k a week and such a average player.
Sounds like a very dedicated athlete if his biggest complaints are about nightlife!
