Golden trio hit hat-tricks as Hind net double figures in Portsmouth Sunday League goal-fest

Golden Hind boasted three hat-trick heroes as they hammered Friends Fighting Cancer Reserves in Division 3 of the Portsmouth Sunday League.

George East, Dan Sibley and Harry Tumbler all struck three times as Hind jumped above FFC on goal difference.

Liam Clow completed the double-figure haul with Connor Jepson (2), Matt Marsh and Steve Penny replying.

Co-Op Dragons moved up to third in Division 4 with a 3-1 victory over Saturn Royale thanks to goals from Lee Fitzpatrick, Ethan Hathi and Russ Oastler. Admire Nkomo replied.

Fratton Trades remain winless after suffering a 4-1 loss at Cross Keys Athletic Reserves. Scott Shearman (2), James Wells and Louis White netted with Cameron Atkinson replying.

Jack Holloway (2), Ricky Hemming, Louie Scutt and Brandon Baker scored as AFC Fairfields defeated Horndean United Reserves 5-3 in Division 6. Kieron Griffin (2) and Jake Burley replied.

AFC Trades claimed their first points of the season with a 4-1 win against Fratton Trades A, who took over bottom spot as a result.

AFC Southdown are level on points with Division 1 leaders Wicor Mill after a 4-0 victory over Purbrook United.
