Pike felt his side gifted Redditch two goals and insisted they must start winning games.
The Gosport manager said: ‘We have got to start winning games – it is as simple as that.
‘It is annoying but I can’t keep saying that.
‘At times in the first half we were unplayable.
‘Ryan Pennery was on fire and Jordan Brooks, on loan from Pompey’s academy, was excellent throughout.
‘But once again we conceded stupid, sloppy goals.

Hide Ad‘Everyone knows their jobs at set-pieces but we seem to switch off.
‘At set-pieces we looked a mess and two of their goals came from that.
‘In midfield we are not tracking the runners.
‘It is unacceptable. All the talk has stopped and we need action.
‘It is no good to keep on saying we have games in hand.
‘We need to start winning and picking up points starting this weekend.’
