The Hawks were this afternoon crowned as champions of the National League south division.
Lee Bradbury’s men scored late to win 3-2 against Concord at Westleigh Park.
He admitted his side did it the hard way after going ahead 2-0 just to be pegged back to 2-2 in the second half.
But Jason Prior scored late on to secure the win and the title.
