In a one-sided Vanarama National League contest the visitors trailed 3-0 at the break.

The hosts remained in charge during the second period and cruised to an easy win.

The visitors made six changes to their starting line-up following their disappointing exit from the FA Cup against Met Police.

Skipper Brian Stock returned from illness to replace the suspended Andreas Robinson.

Dan Strugnell, Ed Harris, Aaron Cosgrove, Ibra Sekajja and Tyler Cordner also returned to action.

Strugnell made an important interception early on as Jobi McAnuff almost slid the ball through to Josh Koroma in the Hawks area.

And it was the hosts who broke the deadlock after twelve minutes.

A free-kick from the right was flicked on, with goalkeeper Ben Dudzinski doing well to push out a point-blank header.

But Josh Coulson was on hand to easily knock the loose ball into the net from three yards.

The Hawks were looking vulnerable every time the O's launched an attack.

Five minutes later the visitors found themselves further behind when Macauley Bonne rose superbly to head home.

The hosts were passing the ball around at will in midfield, with the Hawks having no answer.

Dudzinski went full length to keep out a Craig Clay drive, before Charlie Lee increased the Hawks' misery six minutes before the break with a superb 25-yard shot.

Alex Bradley replaced Sekajja at the start of the second half.

There was another let off for the visitors when Bonne's shot bounced out off the inside of the post.

It was one-way traffic with the Hawks coming under intense pressure as the half went on.

On the hour Bonne linked superbly to take a return pass and shoot in at the near post.

He should have had his hat-trick seven minutes from time but shot tamely with just the goalkeeper to beat.
