Gosport Borough crashed out of the Hampshire Senior Cup as Basingstoke struck late to a win a thriller 3-2.

Robbie Matthews charged through to score the decisive goal in the 90th minute.

That was after Rory Williams had struck twice to pull Gosport level from 2-0 down.

Basingstoke will meet Lee Bradbury’s Hawks in the final at Fratton Park.

Meanwhile, Ashley Harris tasted victory on his Bognor debut.

Harris started in the 1-0 Ryman premier win against Billericay.

Terry Dodd hit the only goal.

Horndean lost 9-0 to Sholing in the Wessex League premier division.
