Horndean will be looking to continue their climb with victory over fellow strugglers Blackfield & Langley at Five Heads Park tomorrow (3pm).

The Wessex League premier division relegation battlers netted a 3-1 win over Bournemouth Poppies this week – hot on the heels of a 0-0 draw with top dogs Winchester City.

‘We have put in some terrific performances to pick up massive points,’ said boss Dave Carter.

‘Striker Chamal Fenelon scored twice in midweek and he has been fantastic for us.

‘If we carry on like we are, we could finish as high as 15th or 16th.’

Aaron Fennemore is suspended, while Alex Miroy and Gavin Spurway are injury doubts.
