Alex Pike has boosted his Gosport Borough squad by making a double-signing, bringing midfielder Perry Ryan and striker Jamie White to Privett Park.
The Borough boss wasted little time capturing Ryan, who left the Hawks by mutual consent on Monday.
The tenacious, hard-working midfielder will join other former Westleigh Park players Nathan Ashmore, Sam Pearce, Brett Poate and Steve Ramsey at the club
Striker White has been brought in to replace Matt Paterson, who signed for the Hawks last week.
White arrives from Sutton United and will compete with other strikers Lee Wort and Justin Bennett for a place in the Borough starting line-up.
‘These are two important signings for us,’ said Pike.
‘Both players have lost their way a bit in recent times and my job is to get the best out of them.
‘Jamie was joint-golden boot winner with Salisbury City just a couple of seasons ago, scoring 36 goals in 69 appearances for them.
‘He will come in and fight for his place along with the other strikers at the club.’
