Moneyfields face a tricky replay at Hurn Bridge on Wednesday after they were held to a 1–1 draw by Christchurch.
It was a frustrating afternoon for the Copnor club.
Striker Steve Hutchings put them ahead but Christchurch hit back to draw.
It could have been different for Moneys but Hutchings was then denied twice by great saves from Max Frampton in the visitors’ goal.
Christchurch scored from a rare shot on goal when Carl Foster’s scrappy effort found the net in the final minute of first half injury-time.
Despite having the upper hand for much of the game, Miles Rutherford was far from happy with his side’s display.
He said: ‘That’s another performance where the lack of passion has cost us.
‘We are playing well in midweek and I just can’t understand why we under-perform on a Saturday afternoon.
‘The only plus is that we didn’t lose and we are still in the competition.’
