Fareham Town have parted company with manager Duncan Pratt - and appointed former Hayling United boss Matt Parr as his replacement.
Fareham are currently 13th in the Wessex premier league but have been hit by a number of postponements in recent weeks.
The Cams Alders club have wasted little time in finding a replacement for Pratt, drafting in the highly-rated Parr.
Parr has enjoyed fruitful spells with Horndean and Hayling,m helping the latter establish themselves in the division.
Fareham chairman Bob Ralls said: 'The change of the manager has been taken due to the changes that the financial directors of the club have determined are essential for the future operation and development of the club.'
He added: 'The club recognise with appreciations and thanks Duncan for his commitment during this difficult time in the club's history.'
