PETERSFIELD manager John Robson walked out on the club during half-time of their league defeat against Kidlington.

The Rams were 3-0 down at home when Robson was seen getting into his car and driving off.

The match finished 4-2.

Club chairman Graeme Moir said: ‘I can confirm that our manager walked out at half-time today.

‘I have not spoken to him so know very little more than that.

‘He told the players in the dressing room “that’s it” and then drove off.’

Earlier in the season, Robson was relieved of his duties as manager and then shortly after reinstated.

Petersfield are currently bottom of the Southern League central division one table with just two wins this season.
