Roberts’ impressive opener in the promotion battle at Carlisle has been short-listed for February’s award.
The attacking midfielder drove at the Cumbrians’ defence before delivering a delicious pitched finish at Brunton Park.
Crawley’s Josh Payne and Morecambe’s Paul Mullin are also up for the award.
