Richie Barker felt his Pompey side dominated Burton Albion and should have won the game after another 0-0 draw at Fratton Park.
The Blues boss was left frustrated once again by another stalemate on home turf and insisted the Blues had enjoyed the upper hand, particularly in the second half against a team chasing promotion from League Two.
Barker said: ‘It was frustrating because we created enough chances to win the game again.
‘We dominated them for the majority of the second half.
‘But having somebody to have the ability to go and change a game is what we’re lacking.
‘We had a chat about what we were expecting from them.
‘For the time being, what we are is what we are.
‘We are scrambling points together and papering over cracks.
‘At the moment, we are not having the rub of the green.
‘If Patrick Agyemang’s one goes six inches to the left, it goes in but we can’t keep saying that.
‘I think in general play, we are dominating games but we’ve got to make it pay.’
