Conor Chaplin was at the heart of Pompey reserves’ victory over Crawley Town this afternoon.

The teenager scored two and created another as Ian Foster’s side won 4-2 in a behind-closed-doors clash at the Blues’ training ground.

Chaplin put the hosts ahead, before Gavin Tomlin levelled in the second half.

But the forward would then create for Matt Tubbs to net, before rounding off the victory in the 90th minute with his second of the game.
