The Checkatrade Trophy second round draw will take place in Portsmouth.
The sponsors have a base at Lakeside, North Harbour and the draw will come live from there on Friday (1pm).
Pompey are safely through to the next stage following a 3-2 victory over Spurs under-21s at Fratton Park on Tuesday.
That ensured the Blues sailed through southern group A with a 100-per-cent record, having beaten Crawley Town, Gillingham and the Premier League outfit's youngsters.
Pompey have guaranteed themselves a home draw and, with the competition still divided by region at this stage, they will face either Arsenal under-21s, Northampton Town, AFC Wimbledon or Peterborough in the second round.
Kenny Jackett's troops will discover their opposition in Friday’s draw, which will be broadcast live on TalkSport 2 from 1pm.
David Prutton will be hosting the draw. He will be joined by Leon Britton and former Pompey player and manager Steve Claridge.
