After taking a two-goal lead through Izale Mcleod and Gabor Gyepes, Pompey were unable to hold on to their advantage.
A Webster own goal and a Darren Potter equaliser with 18 minutes to go saw this one end all-square.
After two wins in their next three games, the Blues would then go without a victory for a club-record 23 games - until a 2-1 away victory at Crewe in March 2013
