Brett Pitman is back in Pompey's side for today's trip to MK Dons.

The Blues' 15-goal leading scorer has been restored to Kenny Jackett's attack following two matches on the bench.

He replaces Oli Hawkins at the Stadium MK, who drops into the centre of defence to deputise for the suspended Christian Burgess.

Pitman is one of two changes to the side which last weekend drew to Doncaster.

Luke McGee is recalled after goalkeeper Stephen Henderson was ruled out for the season with a thigh injury.

Adam May is among the substitutes having served a one-match suspension.

Meanwhile, Matt Clarke will make his 100th Pompey appearance.

Pompey: McGee, Walkes, Hawkins, Clarke, Donohue, Close, Thompson, Evans, Ronan, Kennedy, Pitman.

Subs: Bass, Chaplin, Naismith, May, Deslandes, Widdrington, Lowe
