Steve Cotterill bemoaned Pompey’s luck after being held to a 1-1 draw by Preston.
Greg Halford’s second-half header cancelled out Iain Hume’s 32nd-minute opener.
But Cotterill believes a first-half header from David Cotterill should not have been disallowed for offside.
And for the Blues boss, it was more refereeing controversy following the penalty given to Reading last weekend.
He said: ‘We were poor in the first half but could have won it with our second-half display.
‘David Cotterill’s goal should have stood.
‘I’ve seen the replays and his header was not offside in the first half.
‘We’ve been on the wrong end of some refereeing decisions in recent weeks.’
