Milan Lalkovic has sealed his switch to Fratton Park.
The winger has signed a two-year deal after compensation was agreed with Walsall.
The out-of-contract Lalkovic turned down a new Bescot Stadium offer to drop into League Two with Paul Cook’s side.
Formerly a member of Chelsea’s Academy, he scored eight goals in 51 appearances for the Saddlers last season and was a popular figure among supporters.
The 23-year-old today met his new Pompey team-mates for the first day of pre-season training.
