The futures of three Pompey players have been thrown into doubt after they were left behind from the club’s trip to Portugal.
James Dunne, Johnny Ertl and Andy Barcham were not among the Blues squad which travelled to Vale de Lobo on Friday for a six-day team bonding session.
It is understood that Barcham is in talks with AFC Wimbledon over a move.
Ertl is in negotiations with Pompey over his future.
Meanwhile, Dunne, whose partner is currently pregnant, also faces an unncertain future at Fratton Park.
Tom Craddock, whose Blues contract expired at the end of the season and was released by manager Paul Cook, is the only traillist in Portugal.
All of Cook’s seven summer recruits to date travelled to the Algarve.
