Lomana Lualua is eyeing a sensational Pompey homecoming.
The 36-year-old visited The News this week to explain his desire to perform for the fans he sees as his family.
The former DR Congo international, a free agent, has been training with QPR recently but would like to join the Blues’ League Two promotion push.
Lualua played three seasons for Premier League Pompey between 2004-07, scoring 19 goals in 91 games before departing for Champions League football with Greek side Olympiacos.
A decade on, though, he is eyeing an emotional end to his career on the south coast.
