Pompey went through November unbeaten – and now we want you to vote for your player of the month.
Two wins and three draws is what Paul Cook and his side had to show for their efforts.
And the undoubted highlight was the 6-0 victory over York at Fratton Park.
Marc McNulty scored a hat-trick in that game – and it’s no surprise that the on-loan Sheffield United striker has made our player-of-the-month shortlist.
His goal in the 2-2 draw at Carlisle also ensured his place in the list of nominees.
Meanwhile, not to be outdone, striker partner Caolan Lavery is also available to vote for.
His all-round game has impressed Blues fans – as has his recent goalscoring form, with two goals coming in the five games played in November.
Lavery also scored in the draw at Brunton Park and registered in Saturday’s stalemate with Wycombe.
Ben Davies has also made the shortlist, with the full-back impressing with his strong performances down Pompey’s right flank.
He also got the ball rolling against York, scoring the opening goal in the 6-0 thumping of the Minstermen.
Skipper Michael Doyle has been a solid performer in the heart of the Blues midfield and is a serious contender for the monthly award.
Pompey’s Mr Consistency even chipped in with two assists in the York victory.
The final nomination is Kyle Bennett.
The attacking midfielder failed to score during November but proved a key player as the Blues went unbeaten throughout the month.
So there you have it – The News’ November player of the month shortlist.
The results will be unveiled on Saturday.
