The ‘Beast from the East’ is showing little signs of coming to a standstill as icy conditions continue to sweep Britain.

Further snow has fallen on Valley Parade, covering the pitch and stands of the Bantams’ stadium.

Simon Grayson’s side didn’t train yesterday, while the club’s offices, shop and ticket offices are closed today.

And further sub-zero temperatures are expected to sweep West Yorkshire today, tomorrow and Saturday.

A decision to postpone the League One game early is likely to be made before the weekend.
