On another disappointing day at the office at Fratton Park, the Blues went ahead on 31 minutes when Sean Raggett headed home following some magic from Marcus Harness.
However, Pompey’s lead was quickly cancelled out when Vadiane Oliver made the most of a Lee Brown header to toe-poke the ball beyond Craig MacGillivray.
In the second half, the visitors looked the more likely to score, ensuring more dropped points in the race for promotion.
