The dependable right-back totalled 68 appearances during two Fratton Park seasons after arriving under Danny Cowley in July 2022.
Here he talks us through his five favourite Blues matches – and explains why...

5. Pompey 0 Blackpool 4 (November 25, 2023)
Cont...In the dressing room afterwards I said a few things, while we all said a few things as a team. It was clear the fans were right behind us, so let’s go and do it.It gives me goosebumps thinking about it. These were sticking with us, not like other seasons where the fans had a hangover of years gone by. They had put that to bed and really pushed us on.2/2 Photo: Jason Brown

6. Leyton Orient 0 Pompey 4 (August 12, 2023)
We were brilliant that day, while I set up two of our goals.Maybe at times towards the backend of 2022-23 we played some good stuff but weren’t really scoring. Yet Leyton Orient was the kind of game where we’d make a chance and we’d score, then make another chance and we’d score. If the boys up there can do that, the boys down the other end need to be as tight as possible - then we have half a chance.1/2 Photo: Jason Brown

7. Leyton Orient 0 Pompey 4 (August 12, 2023)
Cont...That gave us real confidence going into every game, knowing we’ve got the front boys who can cause problems, coupled with a really good defence. What a great base to work off.2/2 Photo: Jason Brown

8. Pompey 3 Barnsley 2 (April 14, 2024)
This game will stick with me for the rest of my life, although beforehand it was probably the most angry and disappointed I’ve been in football.Arguably the biggest match of my career and when I didn’t start - with Zak Swanson preferred - I was really annoyed. I didn’t show it mind, I just bit my tongue and moved on.I definitely didn’t want to upset any of the lads because the game was too big, so I got my head down and continued with what I needed to do in training.1/2 Photo: Jason Brown
