But because of the coronavirus crisis and the government banning mass gatherings, it would mean supporters not being allowed to attend matches.

Playing without the support of the Fratton faithful would be a blow for the Blues, who are unbeaten at home in their League One promotion push.

Good! Get it done when and however possible! When it’s safe to do so of course! Stream them all! Free to season ticket holders, charge a small fee to the rest of us! Play Up Pompey!

Steven Tolson-stainer

Good! Best way to do it, just hope the final is played once all this is over so the fans can attend, maybe in pre season if its safe by then?

Michael Cox

It’s the only way the league will get finished. There is no way that we will see grounds full, certainly for the foreseeable.

Andy Watson

As long as we get free streaming of the games it’s probably going to be the best way.... and do Wembley at a later date hopefully

Wesley Frost

100% this season needs to be finished for me

So what will happen to season ticket holders that have paid already to watch games and those who have bought tickets for games in advance - will they be reimbursed with monies already paid out?

Nic Tangs Dunnaway

I’m all for the league being finished but why are we hearing nothing about the Leasing.com final??
