It's the second successive week that Kenny Jackett's side have failed to register a win – leaving supporters frustrated at what they're seeing.

John Marquis had Pompey’s two best chances late on but was unable to find the finishing touch needed to break the stalemate.

Here’s how fans reacted to the draw on Twitter – a result which sees the Blues sit 17th in the table.

@Packham93: How anyone can think we are good enough to go up.

Mid-table finish at best. Our team is terrible.

Our manager is even worse, and our owners are stagnant and refuse to make a change. Another year in league 1.

@DanKnight10: Over Jackett’s reign the squad has got progressively worse and the performances are rubbish.... this performance along with Shrewsbury and so many last season need to ignite a fire in the board room so they do something... this season may well fizzle out into nothing very quickly.

@coshamkev: Three and a half games without a goal now. So much for a settled squad getting a better start this season.

@mrjoshrecord: what an amazing result. cannot wait to watch the next 0-0! Thrilling!

@Dilbert0912: Don’t think we can blame Kenny for not winning.

Maybe not the best starting line-up but at the end of the day we had the clear chances we wanted but couldn’t score them.

Not good enough considering we are trying to push for promotion and they are trying to stay up!

@bobafetbaz: Lacking creativity and a clinical finisher. Mid table at best. I think abysmal sums it up quite well.

@cameronyoung_13: 0 goals against Shrewsbury and Rochdale with the attacking players we have, embarrassing.

@PaulKitchenMan: We have great players. We just need to get the best out of them. On the bright side we’re unbeaten. Please change the manager.

@Niall_Judge26: First half shambolic, second half they start playing but still our £1.5m striker can’t score any of his chances.

There’s no plan in terms of style of play as we’ve all seen for years.

@Pompey_USA: We have been unable to score a goal against teams that have let up 2 goals against Northampton and 3 goals against Swindon.

@jimbojolliff: We don't need a new defender we need a striker 100%.

@Team_J_Me1: Complete and utter torture watching this Pompey team.

@pompeystone: Every game I think....next game, it will click but, it’s gone on and on and ..... on.

Surely someone can get a tune out of this lot ? There’s some good players there, IMO. Just let em play

@pompey657mark: Glad I skipped it on ifollow, No more to say.
