Pompey fans were pleased with a fifth match unbeaten at the start the League One season.

The Blues drew 0-0 at Doncaster and are now third in League One.

Kenny Jackett’s team came under pressure in the first half but transformed in the second period.

Doncaster’s keeper Marko Marosi was sent off as Pompey pushed for a winner but had to settle for a draw.

Fans have been reacting to the result on our Facebook page Portsmouth FC – The News…

Robi Lee – Good result PUP. Super start to season and sounds like we are harder to break down can only get better.

Chris Morley – Well done Pompey.

Kenny Ducttape Scott – Very good point most prob one of the toughest places to go in this league.

Mel Clarke – That was a good point away from home.

Darren Blackburn – A point and a clean sheet – thumbs up!

Barrie Jenkins – It’s a good point away from so not disappointed. My only gripe is that we should be starting to boss games, we know we’re going to play teams that will push on us just like last season and no, we haven’t folded like we use to, I think we should be stamping a bit more authority.

Andy Skelton – Gotta question the fact that the only time we played possession football Was for 5 minutes after their keeper was sent off.....didn't test the replacement until 90 seconds from the end of the game. Wasn't our best performance but we were lucky to get a point in the end, and unlucky not to have nicked it second half!
