The EFL board will again meet today to discuss the conclusion to the League One season.

Last week, the league laid out its framework for how the 2019-20 campaign could be completed.

While the EFL want to fulfil remaining fixtures, it has confirmed the season could be curtailed if 51 per cent of clubs agreed to it, with league positions deciding by a points-per-game method.

Promotion and relegation will go ahead, with a traditional four-team play-offs. That would see Pompey finish fifth and face Oxford in the semi-finals, although chief executive Mark Catlin wants to play out the season.
